Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck Sued By Boulder-Based Restaurant Company
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - A Boulder-based restaurant company is suing celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck over trademark violations.
The Kitchen has several restaurants in Colorado, including one at 15th and Wazee streets in Denver.
One of the founders of the restaurant met with Puck in 2012 for advice. Then last year Puck started opening a new chain of restaurants called The Kitchen.
The lawsuit claims Puck's company is violating trademark law and asks his restaurant names be changed.
