Emmanuel Sanders Misses Practice, But For Good Reason

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Of the 53-man roster, Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders was the only one not on the practice field Monday.

He had good reason, though.

"Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders was the only Bronco on the 53-man roster or practice squad who was not on the field when the late-morning session began," the team posted to their website Monday. "The team excused him from practice for the pending birth of his child."

The couple already has one son together, Princeton Emmanuel Sanders.

It's unclear whether Sanders could miss Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
