Man Accused Of Taking Photos Underneath Woman's Skirt At Broncos Game Charged

DENVER (CBS4) - A man accused of taking photos from underneath a woman's skirt at a Denver Broncos game has been formally charged.

According to Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office, Jacob Magee, 32, has been charged with one count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification.

"The charge alleges that on Oct. 30 … at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium during a Broncos game, Magee was confronted by a woman who observed him using his cellphone to take pictures up her skirt without her consent. The man fled the scene but was later identified and taken into custody," Kimbrough said in a statement.

Kimbrough said Magee is a registered as a sex offender in Lafayette.

Magee has been released from custody on a $2,000.00 bond. He is scheduled to appear court for his second advisement on Dec. 15.
