Maybe a Shower On Saturday, Then Nicer On Sunday

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) - A weakening storm system in Arizona Friday morning will move north into Colorado through Saturday. The storm will bring 3 to 6 inches of snow to the San Juan Mountains in southwest Colorado but will have very little impact on the weather along the Front Range except for a few stray showers that could be widely scattered on Saturday.

On Friday, Denver saw a pleasant high of 72 degrees officially at the airport and 73 degrees downtown. Increasing clouds tonight and a chance for that isolated shower or Saturday with a high in the mid to upper 60s.

Skies will be partly cloudy on Sunday as we warm to around 70 degrees. Cooler Monday, but we keep skies mostly sunny with a high in the low 60s. Sunny skies continue on Election Day with a high in the mid 60s; then little change for Wednesday - mostly sunny and back in the mid 60s.
