Officers say the two men inside a stolen truck were chucking items out of the window along the way. Some of the items included a fender, vehicle grill and a bumper. They were tossed onto the highway while the truck was racing along at 100 miles per hour.

"Later in the pursuit the passenger apparently broke out the rear window, climbed inside the topper and for several miles threw numerous items out of the back at the pursuing patrol cars," the Morgan County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

Brandon N. McIntosh, of Lone Tree, and Luke K Batts, who listed himself as a transient, were arrested.
