Major Delays After Semi Spills Fuel On I-25
DENVER (CBS4)- There were major delays during the morning commute on Tuesday after a semi truck spilled fuel in the northbound lanes of Interstate 25 at Alameda.
The spill happened about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday. Crews with the Colorado Department of Transportation rushed to clear the lanes of debris.
All northbound lanes except for one remained closed at 7:30 a.m. There were major delays in the northbound lanes until about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
It is unclear what caused the semi fuel spill.
