Trevor Siemian Takes Throws At Broncos Thursday Practice

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak says quarterback Trevor Siemian was officially "limited" in practice Thursday, taking individual and 7-on-7 reps.
Kubiak said it was a big step forward for Siemain, who sat out all of Wednesday's practice with his left shoulder injury, but the coach said he wouldn't get ahead of himself with whether or not Siemian will be able to play Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. He said they need to see how Siemian responds to the work and how sore he continues to be.
Kubiak said again Thursday that Siemian is not someone they would worry about playing on limited practice.
Kubiak said with backup quarterback Paxton Lynch the biggest area he needs to improve on is getting in and out of the huddle quicker -- getting the play call, understanding it and passing it on.
The Broncos made him work with a play clock in practice and Kubiak says Lynch has made good progress.
