Thomas Becomes Broncos Third All-Time Leading Receiver
TAMPA, Fla. (CBS4) - Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas is now the team's third all-time leading receiver.
In the Broncos game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday, Thomas picked up 20yards in the first quarter, currently giving him 6,880 in his career.
Thomas passes former Broncos wide receiver Lionel Taylor, who played for the team from 1960 to 1966, racking up 6,872 receiving yards.
Taylor still leads Thomas in terms of receptions, with 543 in his career. Thomas has 465.

Rod Smith (11,389 yards) and Shannon Sharpe (8,439) are ahead of Thomas on the Broncos receiving yards list. Both also have more receptions than Thomas, with Smith catching 849 balls and Sharpe 675.
