DENVER (CBS4) – Aside from a few scattered mountain showers or storms this afternoon we have a fantastic weekend ahead across Colorado.
Be sure to get out and enjoy the fall color while you can because we have a big fall storm on the way that will likely take many of the leaves by the middle of next week.
Those changes will get underway on Monday with increasing wind and high fire danger.
By Tuesday those winds will usher in some much cooler weather for the middle part of the new week. Some mountain snow might even be possible depending on the exact track of the storm.
We’ll keep you posted!
