Watch Out For Weekend Closures In Metro Area

Ramp Closure, WB I-70 to SB I-225
The ramp from westbound Interstate 70 to southbound Interstate 225 closes from 10 p.m. Friday, September 16th until 5 a.m. Monday, September 19th. The closure was postponed until this weekend.
Crews will be putting in three modular joins and filling other joints with Polyester Concrete. The Colorado Department of Transportation recommends using Airport Road to East 6th Avenue as a way around the Peoria interchange.
When the ramp reopens Monday, overnight single lane closures can be expected for an additional three weeks.
Ramp Closure, EB Arapahoe to NB I-25
The ramp from eastbound Arapahoe Road to northbound Interstate 25 will close Friday, September 16th until 5 a.m. Monday, September 19th to move traffic alignment along NB I-25.
Starting Monday, September 19th drivers will see overnight double right lane closures NB I-25 from Dry Creek to Orchard Roads 9 p.m until 9 a.m. This will make a mess of the morning commute each day the lane restrictions are in place—plan extra time.
