Man Accused Of Killing Infant With Chair Did Time For Child Abuse In Past
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - A man in Fort Collins is facing first-degree murder charges in connection with the death of an 11-month-old girl.
Investigators say Juan Francisco Canales Hernandez, 24, hit the baby with a chair last week.
The child is his girlfriend's daughter.
CBS4 has learned Hernandez recently served three years in prison child abuse and assault.
