Woman Robbed At Gunpoint With Kids In The Car
LAFAYETTE, Colo. (CBS4)- Police searched for two suspects after they robbed a woman at gunpoint with her children in the car.
Police say it started with the man and woman at a Goodwill store asking the victim for directions to the post office. Then the suspects asked for a ride to the post office.
The victim was with her 4-year-old son and told them she could give them a ride after she picked up her 8-year-old from school.
They all got into the victim's car and after they picked up the other child from school, the man pulled a gun. He demanded the woman get money from an ATM. After that, they went to the woman's home where they took more money.
The woman and her children were not physically harmed. The suspects remain on the run. Investigators hope someone recognizes the suspects from the surveillance footage.
