Grass Fire Fueled By Strong Winds
BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)- Fire crews worked to extinguish a grass fire burning in Brighton on Friday afternoon. The flames grew close to a structure before it was fully contained.
The fire had burned about 10 acres near Yosemite and 168th. Crews worked to protect structures.
Copter4 flew over the grass fire where the charred ground had grown close to one structure and a home.
Strong winds helped fuel the fire. The fire was contained at 2:15 p.m.
