'Drive-By Shooting' Appears To Have Been Self-Inflicted
DENVER (CBS4) - Police are saying a drive-by shooting that injured one person in Denver Thursday morning was accidental.
The victim was in a vehicle at approximately 3 a.m. in the 2900 block of West Wesley Avenue when a gunshot to the leg caused minor injuries.
It was originally reported as a drive-by shooting, with a suspect vehicle of a white sedan.
Later in the morning, though, Denver police said further investigation revealed that the shooting appeared to be self-inflicted.
