Little Change in the Forecast: Late Storms and 90s to Continue
By Ed Greene
DENVER (CBS4) - A sunny start to Wednesday gave way to increasing clouds and gathering storms once again. Before that happened the airport did reach an official high of 94 as downtown came in with a high of 92. Tonight the storms will end and skies will clear with a low in the low 60s. For Thursday - very little change, as - like clockwork - the clouds will increase and the storms will form just as we reach our high in the mid 90s. Friday sees very little change in the forecast as we push back into the mid 90s, again, with scattered late day storms.
Saturday should be more seasonal - right around 90 degrees - and still with scattered late storms. Then not quite as hot for Sunday and Monday with highs in the upper 80s...and still that chance for afternoon and evening storms.
