Police say a suspect was taken into custody and there is no threat to the public. According to witnesses, the suspect waited in his vehicle in the parking lot until police arrived.

"The suspect; he basically just sat in his vehicle, he had his gun on the passenger seat," witness Danny Williams said. "I watched the police come and retrieve his pistol. But he basically sat and waited for them to come."

Officers say the incident may have been related to road rage.

The shooting remains under investigation.
