Charges Dropped Against School Bus Driver Accused Of DUI
ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Charges have been dropped against a school bus driver with the Cherry Creek School District who was arrested for suspicion of DUI.
Michael Hobbs admitted to having a beer on his lunch break. His blood alcohol level tests revealed a .015 BAC, which is below the legal limit. Further tests revealed no traces of alcohol or any illegal drugs.
The district attorney decided to drop the charges. However, Hobbs was fired by the school district for drinking within four hours of his scheduled shift.
