Latimer Gunning To Be Broncos No. 3 Wide Receiver

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) - There are only 16 days until the start of Broncos training camp, and one of the positions up for grabs is the No. 3 receiver spot.

Cody Latimer, Jordan Norwood, Bennie Fowler and Jordan Taylor will all be competing for the position. Latimer, CBS4's guest on Xfinity Monday Live, said he knows the competition is fierce.

"Everyone is a playmaker. Everyone stepped up this season and made plays when called upon. It's only going to make us better. We're competing all training camp and it's going to be a grind," he said. "It's going to be that one person that steps out in front of the coaches and gets their attention."

Fifteen training camp practices are open to public at Broncos headquarters in Englewood. The first practice is on Thursday, July 28.
