The woman, who doesn't want to be identified, told CBS4 the incident occurred at approximately 11 p.m. a few nights ago. She hurried home afterwards and called police.

"I felt threatened, but the bigger thing was I wouldn't want him to do this to someone else," she said.

Detectives say this is the first flashing report in the Firelight area, but that this kind of sex crime can escalate. That's why they say it's important to call police when these things happen.

"I just would like for him to be caught. At first I thought he was a younger person but as I got a better look at him I think he was about 20 to 30," the woman said.

The man was described as having chin length brown hair. He was wearing a dark jacket over a light shirt with dark pants or jeans.
