DENVER (The Sports Xchange) - The Colorado Avalanche re-signed forward Andreas Martinsen to a one-year contract Friday.

Martinsen, 26, tallied 11 points (four goals, seven assists) in 55 games for the Avalanche during his first NHL season in 2015-16.
