Metro Area Roads Buckle In The Heat
ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Roads across the Denver metro area are buckling, possibly due to the heat.
Northbound lanes of South Buckley Road were closed at East Peakview Avenue after buckling Sunday evening. The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office said there was no estimated time for repairs, but a short detour is available.
In Douglas County, damage to Highway 83 could be related to hot temperatures as well. Repairs were made to a section between Stroh Road and North Pinery Parkway.
