Death Of Toddler Who Fell Out Of Window Ruled An Accident

DENVER (CBS4) - The coroner has ruled the death of a 2-year-old boy an accident.

The toddler fell out of a sixth-story window last week at an apartment on South Bellaire Street in Denver.

The child's mother, her roommate and other children were in the apartment at the time.

"This is hard on law enforcement, the first responders. Anytime you have a child involved, it's hard on the family," said Denver Police Cmdr. Ron Saunier last week.
