Stranded Tubers On Poudre River Saved By Firefighters
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - A Poudre Fire Authority crew saved stranded tubers in the Cache la Poudre River on Friday.
The young women were cooling off with friends when the water got too rough. They panicked, jumped out of their tubes and somehow got dangerously tangled up.
Rescuers first put life jackets on the girls and then punctured the inner-tubes and pulled them into a boat.
Nobody was injured.
