Investigators said he did not have the paperwork to substantiate a marijuana grow. They confiscated the plants and three pounds of dried product along with growing lights.

Detectives found 251 plants on the property but left six marijuana plants as allowed by state law.

Glavin was arrested on charges of marijuana possession with intent to manufacture and cultivation of marijuana.
