Police Search For Suspects Behind Gypsy Swindle
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver searched for two men wanted in connection with performing shoddy work and using high-pressure sales tactics.
The two men pictured are wanted for theft from an at-risk adult on May 20.
Police believe they contacted the victim and offered to perform work on the victim's house. They used high-pressure sales and performed minimal and poor quality work. They also demanded cash payment on the same day.
Police say when suspects target the elderly and perform poor quality work, the crime is known as a gypsy swindle.
