Firefighter Gets Hurt Battling House Fire In Thornton
THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4) - A firefighter was hurt while responding to a house fire in Thornton on Monday morning.
A neighbor reported the fire just after 10 a.m. It took place at a home at the intersection of Sherman Way and Sherman Street, a block north of 80th Avenue.
The house was fully engulfed in flames when the firefighters arrived.
Everyone in the house escaped unharmed.
The Adams County firefighter was expected to recover. The nature of his or her injuries weren't immediately available.
