New Bankruptcy Filing Shows Sports Authority Will Close Every Store

DENVER (CBS4) - Sports Authority will close every one of its stores nationwide.

CNN Money cites a new bankruptcy court filing that says the company will shutter all 450 of its stores.

The company originally planned to only close 140 stores, including the iconic Sports Castle location in downtown Denver. But CNN Money reports Sports Authority hasn't been able to find a buyer for any locations.

Sports Authority hasn't commented on the new filing yet.
