Apartment Fire Forces 16 From Homes
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)- Sixteen people and two cats were displaced when a fire destroyed their apartment complex.
The fire broke out just before 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Hunting Meadows apartments near South Academy Boulevard and Chelton Boulevard in southeast Colorado Springs.
One person was treated for minor burns and another treated for smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
