Apartment Rental Rates Cooling Slightly In Colorado
DENVER (CBS4)- Rent declined slightly in Colorado from March to April but continue to remain higher than the national average.
Apartmentlist.com released its rent report for Colorado on Tuesday and shows the slight month-to-month decrease.
The median one bedroom rents for $1,250 in Colorado.
Renters in Arvada, Thornton and Westminster experienced the biggest increase over April 2015.
Boulder, Denver and Centennial have the highest median rental rates in Colorado totaling more than $1,600 a month for a two bedroom.
