3 Accidents On I-25 Stall Commute North Of Denver
DENVER (CBS4) - Three accidents on Interstate 25 north of Denver caused traffic backups Wednesday morning.
All occurred on southbound I-25 near 84th Avenue, beginning at approximately 6:15 a.m. One lane of traffic, the furthest right, was getting by as of 6:30 a.m., and speeds had dropped to the single digits.
Traffic could be seen backed up for several miles and the commute was estimated to be 43 minutes into Denver as of 6:30 a.m.
The three accidents were cleared shortly before 7 a.m.
