According to a fire department spokesperson, the fire has been labeled an arson and the authorities believe the person arrested is responsible for starting the fire.

The suspect's name hasn't been released and it's not clear if there are other suspects.

Residents returned to the building at Federal Boulevard near West 26th Avenue on Monday trying to salvage belongings.

Investigators have not said why they suspect the fire is a possible crime.
