Man Accused Of Attempted Break-In At Sheriff's Home

SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The sheriff in Summit County had to arrest a man who tried to break in to his home late last week.

Investigators say Graham Goodwin was drunk on Friday when he jumped a fence at Sheriff John Minor's home in Keystone's Summit Cove area.

Goodwin, 24, is accused of then lunging at the sheriff.

Minor grabbed him, punched him and put him in handcuffs.

Goodwin is facing criminal trespass charges.
