Internet, 911 Service Returns To Estes Park

ESTES PARK, Colo. (CBS4)- A day after the blizzard hit Colorado on Wednesday, cell phone, internet and 911 service were restored to Estes Park.

The weather damaged fiber optics in the Town of Estes and Glen Haven area were repaired on Thursday evening.

The repairs allowed internet and cable providers to restore service to their customers.

People living in Estes Park experienced the service outage on Wednesday evening after the blizzard hit. The outages included internet, cell phone and some landline service. All 911 communications were out of service.
