Vote Delayed: Vaccinations Bill Sponsored By Rep. Pabon

DENVER (CBS4)- The state House has delayed a vote on a bill regarding immunizations that is sponsored by Rep. Dan Pabon.

The bill would require parents who opted out of having their children vaccinated to report the decision to the State of Colorado. The state would then report a school's rate of non-vaccinated students.

Currently schools are informed about non-vaccinated children.

The second vote on the bill is scheduled for next month.

Pabon was arrested for investigation of DUI last week.
