Selfie-Taking CU Students Can Caucus Instead Of Taking Exam
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- If you're a politically-involved chemistry student at the University of Colorado and like to take selfies, it could keep you from taking a midterm exam.
According to the Daily Camera, some 1,200 students are scheduled to take a midterm exam for an intro to chemistry class at the same time as the state caucuses coming up on Super Tuesday.
The chemistry department chair says cancelling and rescheduling would be difficult. Instead, Carl Koval said students who talk to their professors in advance can get an excused absence if they take a selfie to prove they were at the caucus.
