Patriots Experience Communications Issues On Sidelines
DENVER (CBS4) - For a portion of the first half of the AFC Championship game, the tablets malfunctioned on the sidelines for the New England Patriots.
That's according to CBS, the network broadcasting the game between the Patriots and the Denver Broncos at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
NFL teams use tablets on the sidelines during games for looking at photos of game action to review strategy.
The tablets on the Broncos sidelines reportedly have not had any issues. By NFL rules, the Broncos can keep using their tablets despite any issues the Patriots are having.
The issues were reportedly resolved before the end of the first half.
