Janet Jackson Announces Rescheduled Tour Stop In Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - Janet Jackson has announced the rescheduled dates for the North American leg of her Unbreakable World Tour.

Back in December, Jackson took to social media to announce she had to postpone her U.S. tour dates. "I learned today, from my doctors that I must have surgery soon," she wrote. "It breaks my heart to tell you that I am forced to postpone the Unbreakable Tour until the spring. Every date will be rescheduled. Please hold on to your tickets. They will be honored in a special way when the new schedule is announced. Please pray for me, my family and our entire company during this difficult time."

Jackson had been scheduled to perform Jan. 9 at the Pepsi Center in Denver. Jackson's tour will now resume on May 14, and she will play her rescheduled Pepsi Center show on Friday, July 1.
