Hit & Run Investigation Underway After Crash That Closed Down I-25 Ramp
DENVER (CBS4) - A crash involving two vehicles that closed down part of Interstate 25 and left one person with life threatening injuries was a hit-and-run.
Denver police said the suspected hit-and-run driver ran away after the crash.
The northbound ramp of the interstate that connects to Interstate 225 was shut down Friday morning for several hours while police investigated the crime.
The crash happened shortly after 4 a.m. Police said the person who was hurt was ejected from a vehicle.
The two cars that were involved were still visible at the crash scene at 7 a.m.
So far police have not released a description of the suspect.
