Students Use Sign Language To Communicate With Santa

DENVER (CBS4) - Santa gave a bunch of hearing-impaired kids at Cherry Creek Shopping Center a treat on Wednesday.

He used sign language to communicate with them and find out what they're hoping for as a holiday gift.

More than 200 students from 10 Denver metro area schools took part in the fun.

The shopping center provided transportation to and from the event for the students.

"Everyone should be able to tell Santa what they want for the holidays," a spokesperson with the Cherry Creek Shopping Center said in a prepared release.
