3 Reactions To Broncos First Loss Of Season From Fans

DENVER (CBS4) - As you can imagine, fans of the Denver Broncos had a lot to say about Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.

The loss was the first for Denver this season, and the team now has a 7-1 record.

The following are three tweets displayed on air during the CBS4 Sports show All Access on Sunday night, along with sports reporter Gary Miller's response.

tell Aqib Talib thanks for costing us this game with stupid unsportsmanlike penalty! -@Rockymtnrejects

"You can't really argue this," Miller said. "It was a horrible penalty and took away what little chance the Broncos had in the final minutes. Talib is a veteran and he should have known better. Unfortunately today he made the sort of mistake that good and hopefully great teams simply do not make."

...Never did believe this was gonna be a "Great Defense." Broncos will never win a championship with Manning!!! -@praymoss

"Manning was pretty darn good in the second half. Sure, he's not what he was but he's still good enough to win 7 of 8 this season," Miller said. "The defense had a very bad day. They need the defense to play a whole lot better."

Seriously. Colts are desperate and this is let down spot for us. It happens in the NFL. Important thing is how they respond -@urbanart_303

"Frankly, this tweet infuriated me," Miller said. "Hey urbanart, how dare you send a rational, smart tweet. That's not what Twitter is all about! But you really did hit the nail right on the head."

On Sunday after the game CBS4 Sports posted the following poll:

"I really believe all the answers are right," Miller said. "The Broncos defense was bad, that is alarming. But it was only one game, so let's see how they bounce back next week. I don't think we should draw any conclusions based on one game, not after this defense has played seven great ones."
