Bakery Mocks Patriots With Cookies Featuring Ugly Brady Sketch, Smashed Cellphone

DENVER (CBS4) - The Broncos still have some very tough games ahead on their schedule, including a home matchup with the New England Patriots on Nov. 29.

In advance of that game, bakers in the Mile High City might pick up some good ideas by following the Twitter feed of a bakery in Indiana.

Like everyone in Broncos Country, Taylor's Bakery has no love for Tom Brady or his Patriots team.

The Pats travel to Indianapolis this weekend for a night game Sunday against the Colts. It's the first time those two teams have played each other since last season's playoff game that started the Deflategate drama, and the bakery has come up with several clever baked goods that make fun of Brady, including a "Deflate Cake":

"It all kind of started as a joke. We made a Deflate Cake, it turned into a broken cell phone cookie, a sketch cookie, and now we have had a line out the door and are just trying to keep up with production," said baker Drew Taylor Allen.

As CBSBoston.com reports, it's not the first city the Patriots have visited lately where they got a chilly reception. And yes, those New Englanders still seem to be a little sore over the "most outrageously overblown scandal in sports history."

They're probably going to have to deal with the jokes for a long time.
