Woman Accused Of Having Child Porn On Cellphone Formally Charged
DENVER (CBS4) - A woman accused of having sexually exploitive material of minors on her cellphone has been formally charged.
According to Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office, Sabrina Davis, 31, has been charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a child.
"The charge alleges that she had sexually exploitive material of a 9-year-old family member and another 6-year-old boy, " Kimbrough said in a statement.
Davis remains in custody on a $2,000 bond after her arrest on Oct. 8. She's scheduled to appear in court on Thursday to be formally advised of the charge.
