Pharmacy Robbery Suspects Identified, Arrest Warrants Issued

LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Loveland have identified two people wanted for stealing money and drugs from a pharmacy last week.

Police have identified Paul Jacob Alness and Joni Lynn Alness as the suspects in the robbery of the Good Day Pharmacy on Oct. 8. They are believed to be on the run.

About 3 p.m. Oct. 8, a male and female, now identified as Paul and Joni, allegedly entered the Good Day Pharmacy located at 2033 N. Boise Avenue in Loveland and demanded money and prescription drugs from the employee.

The couple implied they had a weapon and covered their faces in an attempt to conceal their identity. The suspects ran from the store with money and prescription drugs in a white sports utility vehicle. That vehicle was last seen traveling southbound in the 2300 block of North Boise Avenue.

The suspects and suspect vehicle are still on the run. Paul Alness, 35, is described as a white male, 6-foot-1, 178 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Joni Alness, 44, is described as a white woman, 5-foot-2, 170 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.

Arrest warrants for the couple include charges of aggravated robbery of a controlled substance and aggravated robbery.
