Heavy Police Presence Around Shooting Near Park
DENVER (CBS4) - A heavy police presence surrounded the intersection of a shooting in Denver early Wednesday morning.
It happened at West Ohio Avenue and South Wolff Street, just off South Sheridan Boulevard near Westwood Park.
Police got an anonymous call of shots fired at about 5:30 a.m., and when they arrived on scene a man was found lying in the road with a single gunshot wound. He was alert at the time and was transported to the hospital.
