Parker Police To Begin Wearing Body Cameras

PARKER, Colo. (CBS4) - Parker police will show off their new body cameras on Wednesday.

Every police officer in Parker will now wear body cameras. The department says the cameras increase the accountability of both the officers and community members. They say the cameras help keep all sides in check.

Police Chief David King says the cameras reinforce transparency with the public his department serves.
