1 Arrested In Connection With Homicide In Commerce City

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Commerce City have made an arrest in connection with the death of an Aurora man.

According to police, Zackeia Crystal White, 40, was arrested last Friday for accessory to second-degree murder in the Sept. 7 death of 56-year-old Forrest Paskins.

Officers had been called to the area of 4900 block of Sand Creek Drive on a report of a man down. When they arrived, they found the body of a black male deceased on the shoulder of the roadway. He was later identified as Paskins. It's not clear how he died.

White is currently being held at the Adams County Detention Facility.

"This investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information available at this time," police said in a statement.
