Meth Lab Discovered In Hotel, Hazmat Team Responds

LONE TREE, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Lone Tree say they are dealing with a hazmat situation at a hotel in the Park Meadows Mall area.

The hotel is called Extended Stay America, and it's located on the 8700 block of South Yosemite Street.

Police said a meth lab was discovered in one of the rooms of the hotel.

Donnie Choe, 38, and Earnestine Lopez, 33, are facing charges for possession of methamphetamine and possession of materials to make meth.

A photo taken by a CBS4 crew at the scene showed numerous emergency vehicles in the hotel parking lot.

The hotel wasn't evacuated.
