Boulder Moving Forward With Controversial Bike Lanes Project
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - The Boulder City Council wants to move forward with controversial plan for bike lanes on Folsom Street, according to the Daily Camera.
The lanes went in last month. The so-called "right-sizing" plan aims to make the streets safer for cyclists and cut down on traffic for drivers.
Critics say the city didn't do enough research before expanding the bike lanes. One councilman says the project needs more time to see if it accomplishes its goals.
