Craig Hospital Patients Get Therapeutic Rehabilitation Sailing Cherry Creek Reservoir

Hobie Day activities also double as a therapeutic rehabilitation program allowing patients to get out of the hospital and enjoy a day at the beach.

"It can be a long time for many of our patients. They have been in either Craig Hospital or another facility for days, weeks, sometimes longer; and to be outside, I think there is a healing nature to just being just outside in nature," said Tom Carr, Director of Therapeutic Recreation.
