Police Release Photo Of 16-Year-Old Murder Suspect
DENVER (CBS4) - A mugshot of a 16-year-old Denver murder suspect who is being charged as an adult has been released by police.
Denver police arrested Israel "Izzy" Alvarado last Thursday. He is suspected of striking and killing William Romo-Rodriguez with a vehicle.
Investigators say Alvardo hit Rodriguez as he was trying to steal a car from an auto body shop on Alameda Avenue near Federal Boulevard on July 3.
The crime happened at the El Mechanico auto body shop, located at 3151 West Alameda Avenue.
